How it works

Connecting Granola brings your meeting notes, summaries, and transcripts into the Context Graph, resolved against the same people, accounts, and deals as your CRM, calls, email, and Slack. Once connected, Clearskies can:
  • Use Granola notes and transcripts as customer context — in pre-call briefs, Ask AI, and account history
  • Attribute each meeting to the right contacts and account automatically (matched by attendee email)
  • Surface what was said in a meeting alongside the rest of the customer timeline
On connect, Clearskies backfills your recent meeting history and then keeps Granola current automatically.

What you’ll need

  • A Granola API key. Available on Granola’s Business plan (a personal API key — your own notes) or Enterprise plan (a workspace API key — shared notes across the workspace). The Free plan does not include API access.

Setup steps (~5 minutes)

1. Open Context Graph in Clearskies

Log in to Clearskies and navigate to Context Graph from the main navigation.

2. Connect Granola

Find Granola and click Connect.

3. Paste your API key

Enter your Granola API key and confirm. Clearskies validates the key and begins the initial backfill of your recent meetings.

4. Verify connection

Back in Clearskies, go to Context Graph and select Granola. A Disconnect button in the upper right confirms the connection is active.

You’re all set

Your Granola meetings are now part of your Context Graph. Agents you build will have access to them automatically — so a pre-call brief or an Ask AI answer reflects what was actually said in past meetings. Questions? Reach out at support@clearskies.cc
