Connect your HubSpot CRM to your Clearskies Context Graph so your agents or LLM can access CRM data alongside call, email, and Slack data. Note: Clearskies currently only syncs HubSpot CRM and is not yet configured for HubSpot Marketing.

How it works

Connect HubSpot so your agents can access deals, contacts, companies, and engagement data alongside the rest of your customer data.

What you’ll need

  • HubSpot admin access

Setup steps (~5 minutes)

1. Open the Context Graph

Sign in to Clearskies and navigate to Context Graph → Data sources.

2. Start the HubSpot connection

Click the HubSpot tile. This opens the HubSpot OAuth flow in a new window.

3. Choose your HubSpot account

On the HubSpot OAuth screen, select the HubSpot account you want to connect and click Choose Account.

4. Review permissions

HubSpot will ask you to approve the following scopes:
  • Manage and view your CRM data — companies, contacts, custom objects, deals, and user CRM object data.
  • Manage and view your account settings — account users and their permissions.
  • Basic HubSpot account information — primary domain and user emails.
Review the permissions and click Connect app.

5. Accept the unverified app warning

HubSpot will display an “unverified app” warning. This is expected — Clearskies uses a custom OAuth integration. Type I accept the risk in the confirmation field, then click Connect.

6. Verify connection

Back in Clearskies, the HubSpot tile on the Data sources page will show an Enabled badge.

You’re all set

Your HubSpot CRM data is now part of your Context Graph. Agents you build will have access to it automatically. Questions? Reach out at support@clearskies.cc.
