How it works
Microsoft Teams data comes into Clearskies through your Microsoft 365 connection. Once Teams data is enabled, Teams channels sync into the Context Graph as first-class conversation data alongside your CRM, calls, email, and calendar data. With Teams enabled, Clearskies can:- Sync Teams channel messages into the Context Graph as first-class conversation data
- Match channels automatically to the right account, so conversations are associated with the customers they belong to
- Sync Teams meeting transcripts into the Context Graph
- Answer questions over Teams conversations with Ask AI, the same way it does for Slack
What you’ll need
- A connected Microsoft 365 integration
Setup steps
1. Connect Microsoft 365
Teams uses your existing Microsoft 365 connection. If you haven’t connected Microsoft 365 yet, follow the Microsoft 365 setup steps first.2. Enable Teams data
Open the Microsoft Teams settings in Clearskies. The settings include sections for meeting transcripts and channel messages. Enable the sections you want to sync. You’re all set
Once enabled, Teams channel messages and meeting transcripts begin syncing into your Customer Context Graph, and channels are matched automatically to the right accounts. What your agents can do
- Answer questions over Teams conversations. Ask AI can answer questions grounded in Teams channel messages, with the same coverage it provides for Slack.
- Use Teams context everywhere. Teams channel messages and meeting transcripts become part of the account context your agents draw on, alongside CRM, calls, email, and calendar data.
- Look up channels by name. Agents and external AI clients can query Teams channels by name through the same channel lookup that covers Slack.
