How it works

Connecting Linear brings your team’s engineering execution into the Context Graph — issues, projects, cycles, and status — resolved against the same people, accounts, and deals as your CRM, calls, email, and Slack. Once connected, Clearskies can:
  • Use Linear issues and projects as customer context — tying engineering work to the deals and accounts it affects
  • Tell you when a feature a deal hinges on has actually shipped, is in progress, or is still in the backlog
  • Surface engineering status inside the agents and answers your revenue team already uses
Issue-to-account and project-to-deal associations are inferred from the graph and improve as more of your stack is connected.

What you’ll need

  • Linear workspace access (admin recommended, so you can authorize access across the whole workspace rather than a single team)

Setup steps (~5 minutes)

1. Open Context Graph in Clearskies

Log in to Clearskies and navigate to Context Graph from the main navigation.

2. Connect Linear

Find Linear and click Connect. You’ll be redirected to Linear to authorize access.

3. Authorize access

Review the permissions and click Authorize to grant Clearskies read access to your Linear issues, projects, and statuses.

4. Choose scope

Select the teams or workspace whose engineering work you want in the Context Graph. You can change this at any time.

5. Verify connection

Back in Clearskies, go to Context Graph and select Linear. A Disconnect button in the upper right confirms the connection is active.

You’re all set

Your Linear data is now part of your Context Graph. Agents you build will have access to it automatically — so a question like “has the feature this renewal depends on shipped yet?” can be answered against real engineering status, not a guess. Questions? Reach out at support@clearskies.cc
